We offer a guarantee period of 14 calendar days from the date of purchase.
Conditions for Refund:
- Request must be made within 14 days of purchase
- Must not have completed more than 30% of course content
- Must not have downloaded most of the course materials
- Must provide a valid reason for the request
3. How to Request a Refund
- Contact us: Send an email to [email protected] with subject "Refund Request"
- Include: Full name, email used for purchase, date of purchase, order number, reason for request
- Wait for response: We will review within 3-5 business days
- Processing: Once approved, refund processed within 5-10 business days
4. Eligible Situations for Refund
- Course content differs significantly from description
- Technical problems preventing access (if unresolvable)
- Duplicate charges or billing errors
- Course does not meet educational expectations (within guarantee period)
- Unforeseen personal circumstances (case by case)
5. NOT Eligible for Refund
- Requests made after the 14-day guarantee period
- Having completed more than 30% of course content
- Having downloaded most of the course materials
- Change of mind without justified reason after guarantee period
- Violation of course terms of use
- Sharing access credentials with third parties
- Lack of time to complete the course
6. Refund Method
Refunds will be processed using the same original payment method:
- Credit/debit card: 5-10 business days
- PayPal: 3-5 business days
- Other methods: Processing time may vary
7. Partial Refunds
In some circumstances, we may offer a partial refund:
- Requests between days 15-30 after purchase (case by case)
- When 30-50% of content has been consumed
- Technical problems that partially affected experience
8. Disputes and Chargebacks
Before initiating a dispute with your bank, please contact us first. Fraudulent chargebacks will result in account suspension and possible legal action.
